Day 6, Your Day, in great detail
Nov. 25th, 2010 11:02 pmToday: I woke up a bit early, dragged my laptop onto my bed and watched Young Voters Question Time, reflecting on how very pretty Ed was looking on it. Then I had to get up to go to work. Had some crackers for breakfast. Went to work. Didn't do a lot this morning because I don't generally have a lot to do recently. Dearly Beloved Boss came in, in a good mood. The office is freezing so I was in the early stages of hypothermia by lunchtime so I ate lunch in front of the fire. My Ed Byrne tickets arrived. This afternoon I went to the post office. When I got back from work I had a bowl of pasta and cheese and then fed the guinea pig and then had a bath. Afterwards I sat and stared at my computer for two hours.
... that was half-hearted. It's been a very average nothingy sort of day. Several months ago I mentioned an inexplicable hole in a tooth. That tooth suddenly decided to crumble away today. It'll be fine. I thought I was coming down with the flu all over again this morning, was really snuffly and coughing a lot, same last night but suddenly got better midmorning. Read The Voyage of the Dawn Treader in the bath. Need some more conditioner. I've had a lazy evening tonight. I think I've earned it. I've come home from work with a splitting headache every night this week and then had to go out - the going out cures the headache completely, thankfully - and so tonight was my first opportunity to just come home and relax and do nothing. Now I need to go to bed.
